Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable. Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel such as underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RAN. Ship the package using a traceable method to ensure delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective merchandise).

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, a refund will be processed. Process: Follow the same steps as the return process. Indicate that you would like an exchange and specify the new item, size, or color.
